Windows open minimize only

If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb microsoft. How wierd. It was set to "Normal Window", but after I changed it to "Maximized" everything is back to normal. As Steen said, Outlook does run and it appears in the Taskbar. But when I click it to try and open the window, it doesn't come up. I can only see the Outlook window when I run it in safe mode. It actually did the job the maximized thing I just had to set it on both the start menu and the toolbar shortcuts.

Normal should be normal. If you open maximised and then click on the restore button then it should go to a smaller size but instead mine minimises!

I did this which is pretty muhc the same.
