Maybe throw out some ideas for what YOU want to see me write about next? I have a Facebook account for this exact reason!
Give me a like at: o facebook. Please, if you're not on the list above, don't even bother asking about hosting them because the answer will be NO. Dante, with blood from the Demon hero Sparda and a human mother, is trying to set up shop on a small corner of town, only to find a gigantic tower rise up out of the earth practically next door. Standing on the very top of that tower, lit by the faint light of the moon, is his older twin brother Vergil.
Mysteriously, Vergil had seemingly disappeared from the face of the earth years ago. Surrounding Vergil are countless fierce demons! Although both Dante and Vergil share the same blood of Sparda, they have completely different goals. And so Dante heads off towards the tower, to settle things once and for all with Vergil. Meanwhile, the Devil Hunter Lady is also making her way towards this mysterious tower, with a score of her own to settle.
And so, the wheels of fate start to turn for the humans, demons, and men who are both. The story line if it has any is the same as Dante's. You go through the same missions, only that you're playing as Vergil. He has his own weapons and the Style you saw him use throughout the game, Dark Slayer.
Well, I dunno if they forgot to put it in DMC3: DA or they felt it wasn't good enough,, but they put it back in the series. There are 9, floors yeah, you read that correctly and you fight a number of enemies in each floor, as well as bosses. This is the perfect place to gather Red Orbs and level up your Styles. Each time you finish a floor, 3 portals appear. Fire Portal takes you floors up, Lightning Portal takes you 10 floors up and the Water Portal takes you only 1 floor up.
It's your choice to pick which one. You're given the choice to pick which ones you wanna use through the game. Also, you can have up to 99 Yellow Orbs or 3 Gold Orbs, but take note that 1 Gold Orb is equal to limitless amount of Yellow Orbs, so you know which is best.
Also, in actual gameplay, the speed is up too, so the missions will end up a little bit quicker. Note that you can't change this once the mission started. Very Hard Mode. They changed the difficulties a bit, so they are like the following:. New in DMC3: DA SE Normal Easy mode Hard Normal mode Very Hard Hard mode Dante Must Die DMD Remains the same Heaven or Hell HoH Remains the same ''' As you can see, we could say it's a bit easier in the early difficulties, but in DMD and HoH, it remains the same.
As you advance in the game, you can watch the cutscenes you've watched. Another nice feature. The Jester is now a boss in this game, which is totally optional that appears in Lightning Portals. Only in Mission 5 he's a must to proceed through the game. Here is some info of them. With the blood of the demon hero Sparda running through his veins, he possesses extraordinary powers beyond those of any human.
Though easy going and always ready to joke, his spirit is steadfast and he passionately hates evil. In his soul Dante harbors the strength to carry through with his beliefs no matter what. Just like Dante, he has the blood of Sparda, running in his veins.
But unlike Dante, he has chosen to follow the path of demons, not humans. Vergil believes power is the ultimate goal. He will stop at nothing to acquire power anywhere and by any means. The polar opposite of Dante, he is calm and collected to the point of being cold and heartless.
Although human, he is driven to become a demon. She despises demons and her life's work is to destroy them all. That goes for Dante as well, with half- demon half-human blood coursing through his veins!
Lady has some sort of connection with Arkham, and has followed him to the tower. Also note that only Dante gets new equipment, so sorry for Vergil fans I'm one, of course.
The top ones are for Dante and the ones below are Vergil's. I'll also take as if you've already completed the game with Dante at least once, this is concerning the Boss strategies for Vergil, as I'll be saying to do "as you did with Dante", so make sure to play it once with Dante, ok?
You'll be enjoying during a lot of hours this game, just because you want to get better and better each second. You'll have three options at the start screen, which are New Game, Load and Options. Choose New Game and set the difficulty of the game. If you're first-timers, I really suggest playing in Hard, because I used the "Hard" difficulty as the default for making the guide, and because it's the Normal Difficulty in the original game.
Dante will be Secret Missions You can use this mission as a tutorial and practice all the oo moves you want. Once you've taken out Divinity Statues Just shoot it until Vital Star S Once you've killed all the enemies, a oo little scene will trigger and you'll start a boss battle. Ok, this shouldn't be considered a Boss. I'm only doing it because the enemy has a life bar at the bottom, that's the only reason. You'll also kill a lot of them through the course of the game. Anyway, just attack nonstop and when it blocks and repels your attack, quickly jump and use Helm Breaker to deal massive damage.
When it disappears, it'll come out in 1 of three ways: normal, tackle and an uppercut. When it does a tackle, try evading it with Trickster. If it does an uppercut, a water pool-like will appear under Dante. Just move out of the puddle. Keep attacking it with Rebellion until it dies. Shotgun As you move forward, a little scene triggers '.
Cerberus showing you a new enemy, Enigma. Target these Blue Orb Fragments Also the Hell Prides, Secret Missions Rebellion take care of them. Once you're over, go in Yamato the room that was opened after the battle.
Divinity Statues Hit it until all the torches are lit, breaking this way the blue seal. You can also break all the stuff in here to earn some more Red Orbs. Now get the 'Shotgun' only Dante from behind the blue seal and enter the next room. Break all the things in here, then approach the next door to trigger a scene and another enemy appears, the Hell Sloth. These enemies appear and disappear from place to place, so keep good track of where they are. Once you're done, grab the Green Orb at the top of the exit door and exit Love Planet.
Go towards the huge building and you'll see a green garbage can at the end of the neon sign. Hit it for some Red Orbs and then climb the sign to find some hidden Red Orbs. Keep getting all the Red Orbs you see and at the left side of the screen, you'll see a Red Orb Stone behind a gate. Break the gate to get to the Red Orb Stone. Keep going north and you'll see a Blue Orb Fragment on the right side. Before getting it, jump on top of the left building to find a Combat Adjudicator, for Rebellion Dante or Yamato Vergil.
What you need to do is to combo it until you reach a certain combo level a level B is required I think. You'll get a 'Blue Orb Fragment' afterwards.
Now get the 'Blue Orb Fragment' from the right side, then check the double doors under it to enter Secret Mission 1. Whoever had the idea to put this one as the first Secret Mission must have been high, because, for first timers, it'll be a nightmare.
What you have to do basically is to kill all the enemies that appear in 1 minute. A very good thing to do is just use a regular 3 hit combo on the Hell Prides, while using Stinger if you have it to get near the enemy.
You really shouldn't try to create combos, but rather focus in killing all the enemies, and if you can kill more than one at the same time, better. Use Air trick to get to the enemies that are away from you. You should finish in less than 45 seconds. Now enter Temen-ni-gru to enter a Boss fight with a little doggy. To be the first serious boss, he's quite hard. He has 5 parts you can target at: his 3 heads and both front paws.
I really recommend equipping yourself with the Trickster Style and having Stinger: Level 2. Start by shooting like hell towards the three heads, then towards one paw and when all the ice falls you'll know this when you start damaging him , then quickly Stinger towards his paw and start hitting him. When he falls, go to the heads and combo him like crazy.
The damage dealt in the heads is way bigger than the damage dealt in the paws. When he regains balance, he may attack you. If you see that the floor is getting white, quickly use Dash to get out of the way. If he covers himself in ice again, rinse and repeat. When he turns red, his movements will get quicker, so take extreme caution. Make sure to have your Yamato equipped. Use Aerial Rave to attack the heads.
Being that Yamato's range is huge, you may even hit all 3 heads at once. Try having the Summoned Swords at Lv. A Secret Missions Destroy all the statues in the Astronomical Board.. Key Item room to receive Red Orbs per statue. There's also a Red Orb Stone, but you know oo how to deal with these by now. So hit the wheel to activate the elevator. A new enemy appears in this room, the Hell Gluttony.
These enemies absorb great amount of sand and then they use it as a cannon and fires it towards you. This is the only thing they do, so they aren't any real thread. Kill all the enemies to break the red seal, then, before exiting, jump to the top of the door using the pipes crossed to get a 'Blue Orb Fragment' this should be your fourth by now. Back at the main room of Temen-ni-gru, go left, up the stairs and keep going left jump across the gap there or wall kick from the bottom and enter the yellow door.
Try crossing the bridge to fall to the Chamber of Sins. Kill all the enemies to return to the Endless Infernum room, then enter the big red door. This boss is way easier that Cerberus. As you start, jump on its back and start attacking it with Cerberus. When it spins or enters completely the hole, jump on the left ledge and when you see light coming out of the hole, try jumping on the head and start attacking it with Cerberus.
You'll deal massive damage when you attack it with Cerberus, and even more if you attack it in the head. Have Force Edge equipped and jump on the Gigapede's head and start combo-ing him while using Summoned Swords. When you get knocked down if you get knocked down , use Trick Up to get on him again and keep attacking him. In here, grab the 'Astronomical Board' from the right side to end this mission.
Instead, shoot it until Combat Adjudicator.. Cerberus it solidifies. Once done this, hit it with Beowulf your sword to break it. Kill them all and Divinity Statues Press O inside of it to start a Vajura Soul of Steel Quite easy if you ask me.
He'll taunt you through the battle, while clapping his hands. You can't damage him when he does this. Then use Stinger, or Trickster to get up to him and combo him with all you've got.
Afterwards, he'll start attacking you with Energy Balls, that will bounce through the whole battle field. Afterwards, he'll start taunting you again, and the cycle continues. Use Summoned Swords until you're able to damage him.
Evade them however you can, using Dark Slayer of course. Once at the main room of Temen-ni-gru, go left, up the stairs and go all the way left to see a machine at the end. Use the Astronomical Board to have the walls that were blocking the path open.
Jump to the bottom and jump on the orange platform to do what looks like a space jump. You'll see on your left side something shining. Go there to get the 'Vajura'. Return to the bottom and go in the blue door now it's on the right side.
When you reach the Living Statue Room, go up to the second floor and use the Vajura at the end of the hallway to have the cage behind it open. Go there to get the 'Soul of Steel'. A red seal appears as soon as you take it.
So kill them and return to the Endless Infernum, which is the room behind the yellow door before the area where you killed the Gigapede. Once here, try crossing where the bridge once was and you'll cross just like magic. It's quite simple to do. Use the Soul of Steel in middle of the door to open it. Once you enter "Surge of Fortunas", examine the red skull in the wall to enter Secret Mission 2. This Secret Mission is easy, if you know how to do it.
Notice that only the 2 Enigmas in the middle attack, so once their first attack is over, target them and Stinger towards them. Try hitting both of them at the same time. Combo them until they go down, then focus on the other two. Simply use Summoned Swords to defeat them while evading all the projectiles. What you have to do is to keep all the Hell Prides off the elevator, so combo them and try Stinger-ing them off the elevator.
Once you reach the top, jump to find some hidden Red Orbs. Follow the path now and break all the things in the area where the Divinity Statue is. Use it if you need to and enter the door. It's two against one, not fair. Agni is the red sword and Rudra is the blue sword.
Both have the same attacks, but it's hard to keep track of both of them. Agni is weak against Cerberus, so that's a great plus. Also, you need to deal damage to them equally. What does this mean? Well, when you kill one, the other one will take the fallen sword, being lethal as hell. Also, having Trickster Style: Level 2 helps you out a lot, since you can evade their attack with great ease. If he repels your attack, keep attacking since Cerberus' attacks are quite fast.
Once they have about the same health, start attacking them equally. Don't be afraid of using your Vital Stars, since you can buy some after the battle. Just like Dante's strategy, deal damage to them equally. Use Summoned Swords along with Force Edge to defeat them quick and efficiently. Keep running when Devil Trigger wears off.
If you have at least seven full gauges of Devil Trigger, you should make it without any problem. Ignore the enemies. DANTE - As long as you have about seven Devil Trigger runes you should be able to reach the blue orb fragment by simply using Devil Trigger to run all the way to the orb while avoiding the enemies.
You can also use Free Ride to surf on enemies' bodies to gain some extra speed near the end, but be sure to turn around toward the end of the ride so Dante will kick off and move forward instead of backward.
Walk down the hall and you will run into a new enemy known as the Soul Eaters. Turn your back to them to make them come out of their gas state then hit them with a projectile weapon or melee attack quickly. Leap onto the spear and then jump to the second floor. Hit the block with your current melee weapon and move it toward the opening in the wall with the red light above it.
Run to the other side and break the cracked wall to reveal another block. Move that block to the opening in the wall at the opposite end of the walkway to solve the puzzle of the statues and open the door below.
Red seals will cover both doors and Soul Eaters and a Hell Vanguard will attack. Jump to the first floor and focus most of your attention on the Hell Vanguard since he has the hardest attacks to avoid. Walk through the new doorway after the battle.
Jump aboard the cart. After they have been defeated, Hell Prides will teleport onto your cart and Enigmas will ride in a cart next to you and fire arrows. Shoot the Hell Wrath if you see one in a cart with an Enigma. His weak point is his eyes. Dodge his three hit combo by rolling to his side as he does each hit then jump and hit him with a melee weapon directly in his face to blind him for a moment.
Get behind him and hit him while he is blind and watch out for his backhand when he recovers. DO NOT get in front of him while he is blind or he will punch at you. Once you have taken his life down halfway, he will get mad and do his light attack then run around the area on all fours. Look for him to charge his light attack then move away from him. He will move to one end and stomp the ground. Wooden cages will fall in front of him and he will punch them at you.
Use Summoned Sword on the cages Vergil or roll out of the way of the cages Dante and eventually he will charge at you. When he dashes at you wait until right before he hits you then roll to the side. He will still get back on his two feet and try to hit you, but this time he will mix up his attacks quite a bit.
When he leans back to punch the ground you must roll behind him or jump far away from him to keep from taking damage from the explosion that follows. Only hit him with a melee weapon when he raises up on his two feet. Aim for his eyes every time he raises up to take the most damage.
Once he has only half of his life left, he will start to shoot small glowing feathers at you from the back of his wings. Try to stay close to him near the end of the battle so you can roll or jump to the side of him or behind him to dodge this attack. Use a few more Aerial Raves from his back then get away before he backhands you.
Constantly spam him with Summoned Swords while he moves around the room on all fours. Destroy the cages that he tries to knock toward you with Summoned Swords as well. When he kneels over try to sneak in a few more Aerial Raves on his head before he does his light attack. If he manages to get his feather attack off on you, try to use constant Trick Ups and Trick Downs to avoid it while Devil Triggered.
Dodge his punches by rolling to his side, then hit him with Nevan's Air Slash directly in the face while he recovers. Keep this up until he crouches on all fours. Dodge his first Light Explosion Punch by jumping away from him or rolling to the back of him. This should be just enough to blind him.
Continue to hit him with a Sky Dance and Aerial Cross whenever you get the chance. The reason why I say to use two different weapons for the first part and the second part of the fight is because it will take a few more hits to blind him as the battle carries on and he would likely hit you if you use Sky Dance with Aerial Cross at the beginning.
After you have beaten the game once, be sure to use Kalina Anne on the cages when he punches them at you to instantly destroy them. The only way I have found to avoid his Feather Attack every time with Dante is to have the Royal Guard style equipped and use Ultimate to shield you from the feathers. Make sure to hold O after pressing it though. You can also Devil Trigger and run to his side, but you will get hit a bit most likely. This is nearly mandatory on higher difficulties. Look below for a list of other moves that will knock his cages back at him.
This is not easy and will take much practice. You can hit him directly after the deflection of the overhead like normal. Once you have built up enough for a Release then perform a Release against his third punch attack or during his Run Attack. Another interesting technique that I have found is that you can stop his Run Attack by deflecting it right before it hits you.
Beowulf will get stunned then you can hit him afterward. Make sure to stand about mid distance away from him and perform the Stinger as he starts to punch the cage so you will hit the cage and avoid his punch. The most damage you will receive from a cage knock back is when he is on all fours since you will hit him directly in the head. Stomp - Beowulf will stomp his foot into the ground and try to crush you.
Blind Punch - After blinding Beowulf, he will punch blindly at whatever is in front of him. Backhand - While standing behind Beowulf he will swing at you at he turns around. Light Attack - Beowulf will spread out his wings and yell out "I'll kill you! Cage Stomp - Beowulf will stomp the ground and make a cage fall in the area. Feather Attack - Beowulf will spread his wings and yell "Sparda! Lunge Attack - Beowulf will lean back while on all fours and leap at you at you. Run Attack - Beowulf will dash toward you and try to run over you.
The objective is to get back to the Rotating Bridge with the Neo-Generator. All the enemies in the following areas will leave a green orb behind so you can stay alive while attacking.
Take them out quickly and they will each give you a green orb to keep you alive. When you get off the cart, push the statue aside with some attacks and grab the green orb from the space below. Defeat them with the same weapons as on the cart. Please note that you do not have to fight the enemies here to advance. You don't have to fight them, but if you are playing as Vergil then you will pretty much have no choice since you will have to jump and use Trick Up from the small gear to teleport up to the ledge in the middle.
The doors will seal off and a Hell Vanguard will teleport into the room with a few Hell Prides as you enter. Beat the Hell Prides to get some of your life back then focus all of your attack on the Hell Vanguard.
Keep some of the Hell Prides alive so you can kill them off quickly for health as you struggle to defeat the Vanguard. Enter the teleporter to be transported to another Jester boss fight. This one is optional unlike the first fight. The demon ball will either help him out with his sphere attack or will help him do a completely different attack.
Most of the demon ball's attacks can be easily dodge by rolling. The same rules of hitting Jester still apply even after he summons the demon ball.
After you have hit Jester enough times when he is stunned he will teleport off the demon ball and the ball will laugh at you - get away from the ball whenever it laughs or it will damage you when it blows up. Bouncy Ball: The demon ball and Jester will both stare at you then laugh. The demon ball will then bounce after you as Jester sits atop the ball laughing. Bowling Ball: The demon ball will roll in place while laughing then suddenly roll after you and bounce off the sides as he rolls around the platform.
Seal: The ball will laugh hysterically then seal off the platform into four sections with a red seal, which will limit your movement while the spheres rotate around the room.
Red Seal Hand: The ball will give you an evil eye, as he summons a red hand from the ground similar to the red seal hands continuously while spheres rotate around the platform. You can easily move out of the way by simply walking to the side on all modes below Very Hard, but on Very Hard and Dante Must Die, you must dodge the hand with a roll.
Explosion: Jester will teleport off the ball and the ball will suddenly laugh hysterically then blow up. He will do this attack if you hit him with melee attacks instead of projectile attacks during his taunt stance or after hitting him enough when he is stunned. Run toward one of the sides of the bridge and leap up to it then jump off the side to dodge his ram. After a few rams Geryon will stop and stand near the entrance of the bridge. Run up to Geryon not the carriage and hit him with your most powerful attack to knock him down then hit him while he is on the ground.
Soon Geryon will take the battle into the actual arena. He will have much more variety in his attacks at this stage. He will start out by galloping around the arena while the carriage fires missiles at you. Run the way he is running and jump right before the missiles hit to avoid them. When he fires the last wave of missiles he will cut in front of you to move into the center of the arena so run toward him, jump, then Trick Up Vergil or Air Hike Dante as he turns toward you.
He will run into the center and try to smack you with the carriage as he turns around. He will stand in place then yell and stomp the ground. He will stomp once again and will send the flames directly toward so you will have to avoid them once again the same way.
Eventually he will dash toward the wall and go through it. He will then dash out of the wall and try to ram you - move along the sides and jump out of his way. When he stops after his rams he will stand still for quite a while so that is you cue to run up and attack him with your most powerful attack.
He will most likely escape from your attacks with a Quicksilver Time Freeze. Watch for his eyes to glow red and listen for a chime that means the time freeze is about to start then quickly get away from him.
If he traps you in the distortion, he will try to smack you with the cart while you are stuck. With Vergil, I have managed to dodge this with a Trick Up, but it doesn't work every time. Use an Air Hike with Dante to get away from the carriage smack. Use Vergil's Trick Up after a normal jump to avoid Geryon's flame attacks. Anytime that you are not hitting him with a melee weapon, use Summoned Swords to slowly weaken him.
Dante's Air Hike can easily be used to avoid Geryon's flame attacks. When he is inside the arena he will run toward a wall and disappear into it then dash out from another side of the wall and try to ram you. Carriage Missiles - Geryon will gallop around the arena and missiles will fire out from the carriage and home in on you. He will shoot missiles at you in rows of three when he stops in the arena and while on the bridge.
Carriage Smack - Geryon will turn around and slap you with the carriage. Quicksilver - Geryon's eyes will turn red and he will make a distortion force field around him and the screen will instantly turn a grayish color if you get caught in it and then you will freeze wherever you are.
Geryon will try to attack you as the time freeze starts to wear off with a carriage smack. Time Distortion Spheres - Red spheres will appear around the room throughout the battle. If you manage to run into one, time will freeze in that space and you will be open to Geryon's attacks.
Sometimes spears will appear on all sides of you as the time freeze wears off. Blue Flame Summon - Geryon will rare up on his hind legs then hit the ground with his front legs and flames will rise up from below you then move away from you. Blue Flame Attack - Geryon will rare up on his hind legs then hit the ground with his front legs and flames will dash straight toward you in a row. Walk toward the doorway that was previously blocked by the gate and enter the door. Note: If you want to beat all the Secret Mission on the next level, buy Lv.
A new enemy known as a Damned Bishop will appear eventually. Jump or roll away from the Bishops when they summon fireballs around them. You will be forced to fight some heavily armed bad boys on this secret mission.
Many Arachnes will attack at first. Fight them off with some heavy hitting attacks and save your Devil Trigger for later in the battle. The final two enemies will be two Hell Vanguards. Activate your Devil Trigger when the Vanguards enter the arena and hit them hard and fast. One helpful thing to remember about this fight is that only three enemies can attack at a time so when one Hell Vanguard teleports into the arena, the other will not appear until after you take out another enemy.
All the enemies have some extremely annoying attacks especially if you're Dante , so be sure to stay aggressive and take out each one quickly. Yamato's Aerial Rave works well for countering after avoiding the Hell Vanguard's scythe swing as well. The Arachnes should fall fast if you stay aggressive and jump out of the way of their attacks.
You will have to watch the Hell Vanguards closely if you are fighting both of them at once. Stay locked onto one and listen for the bell to chime before each of their attacks to know when to dodge. Ignore the door in front of the stairs for the moment and run down the hall and then enter the door at the end.
Run down the other end of the hall to fight several Damned Pawns and Bishops. Enter the first door you come to at the end of the hall. Break the cracked wall in the back on the right to reveal some more reflectors. Jump to the hole in the wall directly above the blue flame on the left when entering and examine the goat head with the glowing red eyes for yet another Secret Mission.
Carts of enemies will constantly pass by your cart on this mission and you must defeat all of the enemies by shooting them with a projectile weapon. The number one rule for this mission is to aim for the Hell Wraths first since they will take out most of enemies on the cart. Defeat any survivors if the explosion from the Hell Wrath does not kill them. When the Hell Lusts start appearing on the carts you will have to spam them with swords when they fall from the Hell Wraths explosion.
If a Hell Lust is still standing, you will need to Devil Trigger in order to defeat him before his cart gets away. For the ninth cart, walk to the right end of the cart and turn to face the exact direction the carts appear from then jump and mash the Square button as fast as you can to try to defeat one of the three Hell Wraths before the cart makes it over to you.
Lock on to the remainder and quickly fire swords at him - if any survive. Do the same thing for the tenth cart. In order to fire on them from a distance you must have that perfect angle while jumping so that you hit them as they appear on the tracks.
It is a good idea to start the jumping method Summoned Sword method as the first cart with one Hell Wrath is about to approach you. If you can get that perfect angle, you can defeat all the Hell Wraths on the last four carts before the carts even make it to you.
Hold R1 the whole time and lock on to the Hell Wraths on each cart. Hit the Hell Lusts if they survive on the carts with constant handgun fire. You will need to press the square button really fast for the final few carts but it shouldn't be much of a problem. If you still can't get it, then upgrade to Lv. The charged shots will also help. You'll run into some Damned Pawns and Bishops along the way.
Place the Orihalcon on the big door to enter the Sacrificial Chamber. He will still switch to the Yamato and do some of the attacks from the last battle at times, but he will mainly stick with Beowulf attacks. He is wide open after each of his attacks for a Stinger. Use the Stinger move to stun him and then combo away while he staggers. The best time to hit him with the Stinger is right after a Starfall - roll to the side to avoid it then counter him with a quick attack.
He will Devil Trigger at times and that is your cue to leave him alone and dodge his attacks for a bit since he is basically unstoppable then. Vergil - Use Force Edge and strike the boss with the Stinger move at the end of each of his attacks to stun him then use the Force Edge normal combo or the first two hits of Beowulf's combo then chain into Lunar Phase. Try to use a Stinger or shoot Summoned swords at him while dodging as he does his Judgement Cut.
Dante - As long as you dodge Vergil's attacks well, you should be able to take him down rather quickly with Rebellion. Use the Stinger to catch him as he falls from his Starfall move or while he is recovering from any other attack to stun him.
Use the normal combos with Rebellion while he is stunned. Beowulf normal combo - Two punches and two kicks. Beowulf custom combo - Two punches, Rising sun two upward kicks , and a Starfall from the air. Beowulf custom combo 2 - Rising sun, and a Starfall from the air. Enter the door at the back of the hall behind the small doorway. A Hell Vanguard will teleport onto the cart after they are defeated.
Hell Gluttonies will jump on the cart while you are fighting the Hell Vanguard. The cart will reach the end once they are all defeated. Damned Pawns will appear and attack you. A gate will open up ahead on the other side once they are all defeated. Go back into the room you came from and enter the other gate.
A new enemy known as Damned Knights will attack. When their eyes glow red they will hit you their nose spike. Roll away or Trick Up with Vergil when their eyes glow red. If they jump into the air, roll out of their way as they land. Stand in the center of the room and look toward the area you just came from bluish glow then enter through the gate to the right of it. Go back to the area where you just were and enter the reddish room. After defeating the Damned Knights and Bishop that appear, enter the room with no circle in the floor.
Walk through the next few gates to fight some Bishops and Knights. Collect the Blue Orb Fragment and open the door at the end. Enter through the small door to the side. Jump on the back of the truck on the building with the Holy Water for some red orbs. Walk up to the tower to end the mission. To defeat these enemies you must attack their wings enough times to reveal the face on their bellies. If they every plunge their sword into the ground, move away from it since it will explode eventually.
Enter the door across the stairs. Walk down the stairs and jump up to Leviathan's eye for some red orbs. Light up the Sanskrit emblem to activate something in a room you just came from. Go back the way you came and enter the Provisions Storeroom again. This Sanskrit emblem will change the room by rotating the tower behind the door with the circular pattern. Light up the emblem once and enter through the door with the circular pattern.
Stay away from the side of the gears to avoid taking damage and defeat the Blood-Goyles before you walk too far into the room. Fall along the gears and ignore the next emblem for now. Enter the room on the other side. They're no problem though. Carefully make your way through the blades and collect the Orihalcon Fragment at the other end.
Navigate back through the blades and leave. Go back through the door at the top of this room. Ignore the Sanskrit emblem in the opening for the moment. Fight off or run by the Soul Eaters and grab the final Orihalcon Fragment from the other side of the room then exit.
Enter the door with the circular pattern once again. Jump on the floating platform and it will take you back to the top of the bridge.
Run all the way to the Top Subterria Lock. Fight them off and get back to the lift. Walk through either door up ahead to hunt down the items for the door. Both enemies are just as annoying so the order of defeat doesn't really matter here.
Run up the stairs once the doors are unsealed and go through the red door. Grab the Golden Sun from the space in the wall. The doors will seal off and a new enemy known as a Damned Rook will appear. After the Rook is defeated, a Knight and more Rooks will teleport into the room.
After the battle examine the white glowing area to the right of where you got the Golden Sun for a Secret Mission. For this mission you will have to solve another reflector puzzle as you did in other areas of this game, but this one is much more difficult. Get rid of the two Enigmas first then concentrate on the Gluttonies. Ignore the hole in the wall for the moment if this is your first time playing and enter the door at the top of the stairs. The first two will summon Prides and Lusts, but the third Greed will summon Sloths.
Grab the Devil Star from the back and exit the room. Go back into the Entranceway and enter the hole in the wall at the end of the stairs. The objective here is to make them collide into each other. The gate in the back will lift up once they collide and the Onyx Moonshard will be yours for the taking.
The doors will seal off and two Fallens will attack once you grab the Moonshard. Blood-Goyles will swarm the room and Enigmas will shoot arrows from the top of the debris in the back of the room. Climb up the debris to get to the next area. There's a red orb above the writing next to the large red door. Either run through the door at the end now or stand and fight.
Power up at the Divinity Statue if needed since there is a boss fight coming up. The main rule of this battle is to keep her in your sites at all times. Lady will mainly run from you, and you can chase after her while trying to hit her without worrying that much about getting hit yourself. If she ever holds her Kalina Anne Rocket Launcher and recites one of the phrases below, be sure to get behind a bookcase or dodge to the side as the rocket shoots out.
If you are close enough to her this is also the best time to hit her. She will constantly grapple up to the pillars spread around the room while you chase her so you will have to track her down a pretty good bit. She will fire at you while grappling. On harder modes the grapple move is quite annoying since she will not only fire her gun at you with increased accuracy, but she will also leave behind a grenade as well. Whenever you see her reloading, immediately attack her for a few free hits.
Eventually she will start to throw grenades around the area while she is on the pillars. You can jump on top of the pillar she is on and hit her while she does this, but make sure to jump off when she does since she will leave a few grenades on the top of the pillar as well.
By the end of the battle she will kneel and lay down the rocket launcher then shoot out a whole group of rockets down the path in front of her. The safest place to get during this move is directly behind her. She is wide open to an attack during this move as well. Don't use the Stinger or she will dodge it. Use the normal Force Edge combo to hit her and it will stun her for multiple hits.
Only attack her when you see her preparing an attack. Don't argue. Editor's note: Poor Zoopy busted his controller. Boo hoo hoo. Popular Guides Popular Cheats. Capcom 3 X Trials Evolution.
