Management always intended to wait for a position but when a position opened up they would just hire someone for that position. Very micro managed from a certain manager.

General offices duties, cashier, answering phones. I learned to be and independent worker and a self starter. Management varied, so many departments, Most were great the office management needed to be improved due to the fact that the manager was not on location but rather in a different location and therefore the office was disorganizes and not very functional.

There was only 2 of us working and with no real training or management it was difficult to know if things were being completed. Pros Great staff. Cons disorganized and struggling company.
